Refund Policy
Returning Your Product Due to a Change of Mind
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all labels intact.
- Please include your contact details and order number inside the package.
Once we receive your return, we aim to process refunds within 7 calendar days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
If the full order is returned within 14 days, we will also refund the standard delivery charge.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or issue with the product.
Returning a Faulty Item
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund.
After 30 days, we will replace the product in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us before returning a faulty item to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
We strive to dispatch orders quickly, so cancellation may not always be possible once your order is processed.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refuse delivery and ask the driver to return the package to us.
Once the returned goods arrive at our warehouse, we aim to process refunds within 7 calendar days.
EEA Customers’ Right to Cancel
If you are a customer within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have 14 days to cancel your contract with us. This two-week period starts from the day after you receive your order.
To cancel, you must notify us within this period via email or phone.
